It is very rare that you get an opportunity to work for a Brand whose name is synonymous with what the product actually does. So you “Hoover the Carpet” but never “Dyson the Carpet”. You ask for a “Coke”, not a “Carbonated Cola Cold Drink” and we “Google” for Information not “Join a proprietary global search engine”

So we tried to influence the progress of the Hoover brand with a few new ideas (new at the time anyway).
